Terms and Conditions
All these terms and conditions are for getting best possible services to customer from Bhagyashri Travels Pvt. Ltd. (i.e. now BTPL) and better understanding between both the parties.
1. Time for tour booking
A) Customer should book his tour-programme within reasonable time margine to avoid inconvenience i.e. 62 days between the date of departure and the first advance.
B) Customer can book tour programme less than 46 days i.e. 1st instalment and departure date of tour. This will be treated as an urgent programme.
C) Season Time : Diwali and Christmas i.e. October, Novermber, December. Summer Season i.e. April, May, June. Special Season i.e. continous holidays, special festivals at particular places etc.
2. Payments :
A) All payments should be made by cash or cross A/c payee local cheques/demand draft only, drawn in favour of “Bhagyashri Travels Pvt. Ltd.” Payable at Pune and BTPL official receipt must be obtained.
B) 1st instalment to be paid at the time of finalization of tour, at about 50% of tour cost per head.
C) IInd instalment to be paid after confirmation of starting date of tour by BTPL or 15 days after 1st instalment (which is earlier): at about 40% of tour cost per head.
D) Remaining tour cost and bill to be paid before 7 days of departure for the Tour.
E) Full tour cost with service charges will have to be paid even in case of cancellation at any stage.
3. General Terms :
A) BTPL is not responsible for loss or damage to the person (life, body) or property (luggage etc.) of the
tourists due to accident, theft, or other such mishap.
B) Tariff is liable to be charged without notice from hotel, transport, organization, etc. which is bound to pay by customer.
C) In case of any problem like unavailability of hotel, transport etc. BTPL will contact on phone only. Then
customer’s responsibility is to contact BTPL within 24 hours for further suggestions or alternatives.
D) If customer wants specific request for hotel, transport, etc. then BTPL’s responsibility is only to attempt and does not give any guarantee of reservation or any other related problem for it.
E) BTPL is not responsible for room service, room cleanness, vehicle, machine condition etc.
F) Tourist can break journey at any place but on their own risk, BTPL is not bound to provide any arrangements for their accomodation, onward journey etc. in tour programme.
G) BTPL requires minimum 3 working days for starting process for executing tour programme for reservation orcancellation.
4. BTPL’s Rights
A) BTPL can alter the mode of transport, type of accomodation, hotel or tour programme etc. due tounavailability and the tourists will have to abide by our change and other arrangements.
B) BTPL’s charges include consultation, documentation,execution, reservation and guidance etc. These charges are perishable charges. They are not refundable and non transferable in any case. There will be no any discount in charges in case of customer wants part ofservice or full service from BTPL.
C) BTPL reserves the right to levy extra cost on customer like transportation, travelling, telephone, telegram, fax, STDcall etc. incurred due to circumstances beyond BTPL’s
D) BTPL is not responsible for loss of hotel accomodation,journey etc. in case of break down of buses, train delay,bad weather, political disturbances, road block or suchother circumstances beyond BTPL’s control.
E) BTPL’s is not bound to show places which remain closeon the day of your visit due to weekly holidays or anyother reasons.
F) If tickets are purchased from out station quota there are chances for customer to board the train accordingly.
5. Customer’s Rights :
A) Customer can choose any tour programme for his tour.
B) Customer can choose places, any mode of transport, any class of transport, any type of hotel accomodation for his tour programme as per his requirements, budget and subject to availability.
C) Customer can start his tour as per his suitable date or alternative date (if required) subject to availability.
6. Jurisdiction :
All disputes subject to Pune Jurisdiction only.
7. Rules for cancellation and Change :
A) Tour is individual, time binding and perishable service. So the amount is neither refundable nor transferable.
B) Cancellation of tour and refund thereof is not a right of customer but BTPL should carry out cancellation procedure as a courtesy only.
C) Any change in programme or any cancellation must be given in writing by the person who has finalized the programme and paid the advance or by his representative with proper authority in writing., well in advance i.e. minimum 15 working days before the departure date of the tour.
D) Any change or cancellation will not be accepted on Phone.
E) Change or cancellation in programme will be carried out after the full payment against customer’s tour bill bycustomer. Documentation and execution charges to equal amount to service charges for cancellation should be paid in cash only. Further cancellation process can not be started without this payment.
F)
BTPL will try its best to carry out cancellation process as early as possible according to customer’s cancellation request. But due to weekly Holidays, Bank, Postal strikes etc. or under any other unavoidable circumstances, it may be late.
G) Customer has to abide by and pay the cancellationcharges as per the rules and the conditions of different organizations i.e Hotels, Air, Trains, Buses,Representatives,TourismCorporation etc. When particularorganization received cancellation request, as per the cancellation rules and condition of that particular time.Cancellation is carried out.
H) After receiving Demand Draft or Cash from the said organization for customer’s cancellation, the amount will paid to customer after deduction company’s cancellation documentation and execution chages.
I) In case if part payment and no further instruction for any booking are received from customer. Customer has to pay company’s consultation and documentation charge Rs. 250/- per head.
J) Cancellation is at customer’s own risk totally, Company isnot responsible for any refund.
8. Complaint :
A) Customer can complain about arrangments due to fault of BTPL only. All complaints are in writing only with proper documentation within maximum 15 days after end of tourprogramme.
B) Claim can be settle in case of any problem with the proper documentation only on reasonable grounds.No claims can be made without proper documentation. If willnot be considered for any settlement.
