Schengen visa has to be obtained from the Consulate of the country where the MAIN PURPOSE OF TRAVEL lies. Therefore, please check your travel plans before making your application to the  Consulate. In case of travel to multiple Schengen countries, please make your application to the Consulate where you will be staying for the maximum number of days.

    2. Photographs – 2 No (Size-35 x 45mm, Mattfinished, white background)
    3. Form
    4. Covering Letter.
    5. Xerox of Tax Papers for last 3 years
    6. Xerox of Bank statement for last 6 months
    7. F.D’s & Property papers Xerox copies – approx 3-4 Lac.
    8. Leave certificate for salaried persons
    9. Leave certificate for students.
    10. Return Air ticket.
    11. Travel / Medical Insurance
                 - Minimum coverage of 30.000 - Euro per person
                - Coverage of all expenses which might arise in connection with repatriation for                medical reasons, urgent medical attention and / or emergency hospital treatment.
                 - The insurance has to cover the entire stay in the Schengen territory
    12. Day to day Itinerary.
       
       If No sponsorer from Required Hotel Conformation & Day to day  Itinerary.

    1. Invitation Letter + Sponsorship letter.
    2. Passport Xerox – (First page, Last page , Visa copy )
    3. Citizenship copy
    4. Salary slips – 2 Nos.
    5. Last 6 Months Bank Statement Update.
    6. Residence Proof of Switzerland.
    7. Tax Returns Papers.
    8. Employment Agreement copy .

    For visitors : An invitation by the host in Switzerland mentioning name, duration, guarantee of expenses along with copy of Swiss passport or residence permit and Indian passport (first & last page),

    IMPORTANT: Photocopies of all relevant documents must be provided for the Embassy. Do not submit originals. Once submitted, no document will be returned.
