For all visa (business as well as Work Permit ) covering letter should be on a company letter head duly signed
stamped by Authorised Signatory with his name
designation. The Format of the covering letter should be as follows:
Ist Paragraph should mention
the company detail of the pax where he/she is presently working.
2nd paragraph should mention Pax details.
3rd Paragraph should mention the purpose of visit.

- Passport with validity of more than six months.
- 1 Visa application form duly filled in and signed- Photocopy can be used
- 2 Recent passport size colour photographs with light background to be glued on the appropriate place on the visa application form.
- Covering letter from the applicant on company s letter head stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit.
- Work Contract from the Inviting Company in Laos.
- Foreign Exchange duly endorsed / Copy of Credit Cards
